Memorial Day Celebration & Flag Retirement

Memorial Day Flag Retirement & Remembrance Ceremony hosted by American Legion Post 167 on Monday, May 26, at 10 a.m. at Bayfront Peninsula Park. The community is invited to honor fallen soldiers and participate in a respectful flag retirement ceremony. Attendees are encouraged to bring tattered or torn flags for retirement. Refreshments will be provided, and hot dogs are sponsored by Port Lavaca Walmart.
